Joyanna Has Arrived!

My sweet baby girl was born last week. She is just a doll. I can't believe I'm the Momma of a baby GIRL! Now just think of all the girlie scrapbooking things I can finally use... and buy! LOL!

This page is one of my first! I created it using GET Designs kit called "Sweeter Than." I hope you enjoy it! It is a special gift for my own Mommy!

I'm A Scrappity Doo Dah Creative Team Member! HOORAY!

Scrappity Doo-Dah.com is just an AWESOME digi scrapping website! Not only are all of the kits for sale there just absolutely gorgeous, but it has has a warm, and happy atmosphere. Members share and help one another. And the gallery is just stupendous! You can spend all day in there soaking up the creativity and inspiration.

A couple of weeks ago SDD had a contest! If a scrapper was interested in becoming a member of the site's Creative Team then he or she would have to create layouts using various mini kits and advance through three rounds of judging.

I took a chance, gave it a shot... and guess what! I was chosen! Here is one of the layouts I used in the contest. It was created using a mini kit by Sara Ellis called Bloomin'. A full version is of course available at SDD.

Now here is the fun part for you! SDD is hosting a freebie blog hop very very soon. Stories Remembered will be a part of the action. Stay tuned for more details!

New CT Position!

Hello Everyone!
I've recently landed myself a new Creative Team gig with Victoria Feemster at Scrappity-Doo-Dah! I'm very excited as I just love her designs. They fit very nicely with the photos I typically take. My first assignment was for her new collaborative kit with Kari Q designs called Playdate! I chose a photo of my ever energetic son Noah who was just beside himself with excitement on Easter morning. He could see many goodies left behind by the Easter Bunny but he was forced to wait to hunt them all down until his brother woke up! Poor kid!
